| We realise that some people may have multiple animals, please call us for a personalised quote. | |
| > | Guests staying longer than 28 days will be given a 10% discount. |
| > | Double rates apply for Xmas day/Boxing day and New Year’s day - all other bank holidays we charge the normal daily rate. |
| > | If a pet is collected before 11.00am on the day of departure, no charge will be made for that day. |
| > | We accept cash, credit and debit cards. |
| > | Any pets on a prescribed veterinary diet will be fed according to requirements. We suggest that you supply the diet or, we reserve the right to charge for any extra costs involved. |
| > | All medication requirements will be fully complied with, free of charge, unless this means veterinary support or off premises treatment. |
